Where can I find the terms and conditions of the partnership    

 

You can find it within seller center under Your Profile. Just login Seller Center -> Setting-> Your Profile-> Scroll untill bottom -> Download the Commercial Terms

 

How can I check my commission rate?    

 

You can check your commission rate under Your Profile as well. Just follow these steps: Login Seller Center -> Setting -> Your Profile -> Commisions & Fees Tab

 

Do you have a seller service hotline for seller-related queries?    

 

Unfortunately, this feature is currently unavailable. Please submit ticket to Seller Helpdesk

 

I will be out of town. What should I do?    

 

You're advised to set your account to Holiday Mode to avoid any potential penalties or underperformance.

 

How do I change my registered address and company details?    

 

You can change it by submitting your details by following these steps here.

 

How do I terminate my contract with ZALORA?

Why can't I login to my Seller Center    

 

Please submit ticket to Seller Helpdesk via email address (seller-support@my.zalora.com)

 

How do I add more users    

 

You can add more users via the manage user tab. Login to Seller Center -> Manage User -> Add User

    

Why were my account changes rejected?    

 

Sellers are unable to make any account changes in Seller Center. If you need any changes done, please submit by following the steps here

 

I can't register a new user as the Seller Center rejects the email used.
